岡山大学緊急生活支援金制度について／Application for Okayama University Urgent Financial Support

岡山大学は，新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の影響により収入が絶たれ，親族等の援助や奨学金等もなく，日々の食事の確保が困難である，真に生活に困窮している学生（外国人留学生を含む。）に対し，以下のとおり，緊急に支援を行います。
Okayama University is offering financial support to students who are struggling to meet their daily needs due to the spread of the novel coronavirus/COVID-19. In particular, this financial support is for students (including foreign students) who have experienced a loss of income and who are not receiving financial support from other sources (including scholarships and/or an allowance from family).
１ 支援額 Amount
学生１人に対し，３万円 30,000 yen per student
２ 対象者 Eligible Students
令和２年５月１日現在で岡山大学に在籍する学生（学部学生、大学院学生)であって、新型コロナウイルス感染拡大の影響でアルバイトを解雇されるなどして、収入が絶たれたことにより生活が困窮し、なおかつ、日々の食事の確保が困難である者。
In order to be eligible for the financial support outlined above, students should meet all of the following conditions:
- Students who are registered as either undergraduate students or graduate students of Okayama University as of May 1, 2020
- Students who are currently struggling financially due to dismissal from a part-time job as a direct result of the spread of COVID-19.

４ 支援対象者の決定について Selection Process
申請者の生活困窮度を確認した上で決定し、申請者の岡大Gmailに連絡します。
Financial support will be awarded after assessing applications on a case-by-case basis. Applicants will receive an email informing them of the result via their Okadai Gmail account.
