Amyloid is the fibrillary aggregates formed by proteins and related to the pathology including Alzheimer’s disease. We aim the design and develop the interfacial materials to detect and inhibit the anomalous accumulation of proteins for the purpose of inhibitory of fibril formation. For examples, we will develop soft interface equipped with the dynamic dtructures such as fluctuation, by using polymers synthesized by biomasses and others.
